Linda Russell
Linda Russell, LPC – is a native of Oklahoma. She holds her bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degrees from Oklahoma State University in education. She also holds a second master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations with a counseling emphasis and she holds a license in professional counseling (LPC). She is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), Certified Distance Counselor (CDC), and a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor (CCFC). Linda is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing) EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Trainer for EMDR Consulting group.
She has dedicated over two decades to researching and helping those affected by adoption. She founded Levigram Ministries, a 501(c) 3 in 2001, and Family Preservation Outreach in 2011. Dr. Russell (formerly known as Kats) wrote a book on adoption called, Blended Hearts Broken Promises and has authored several audio series on various life improvement issues.
Linda works full time as a counselor and is a nationally known lecturer and presenter as well as an approved trainer and consultant for EMDR. In addition to consulting with other therapists, she presents seminars, workshops, and lectures on many-core mental health topics using motivational tactics and a positive, healthy approach. Settings range from small workshops to a plenary speaker for full-length seminars with hundreds of attendees.
Linda Russell has been a guest on Health Talk as well as an authority on various mental health issues. She is a private pilot and enjoys running and Bible study. She is an entrepreneurial spirit and owns several different real estate and business entities. She is also a 1989 graduate of Victory Bible Institute.
Andrea Moniz
Andrea Moniz, LMFT – was born and raised on Maui, Hawaii and has been living in Oklahoma for the past 6 years. She graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been in practice for the last 5 years and certified in EMDR and TF-CBT Therapy.
Andrea has a background in early education and has worked with autistic children and adults incorporating these rich experiences in her practices. She likes to take a creative approach based on the unique individualized needs and interests of her clients, and likes to incorporates multiple therapeutic techniques. Sometimes using art, technology, music, play, movement, and humor, when seen as helpful.
Andrea is committed to partner with each client and assumes that the individual is the expert on themselves. She enjoys helping others discover the resources and strength within to facilitate change and healing. She has worked and lived with multiple cultures throughout her life which has helped her create an open space for non judgmental approach in therapy with a specialized appreciation for all cultures and backgrounds.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time in nature, trying new outdoor activities, and photography. She is currently working on a children’s book based on cultural values and therapeutic principles.
Elsie Mrosko
Elsie Mrosko, LCSW – was born and raised in a suburb of Youngstown, Ohio. She and her family moved to Oklahoma for her husband to attend Rhema Bible Training Center. Their family has been in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for 15 years.
Elsie received her Bachelors of Social Work from Northeastern State University, and her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. Elsie has been in the mental health field for 10 years in multiple facets.
Elsie’s significant experience is working with children and their families through DHS, private foster care, and mental health agencies. She has worked in several schools including Broken Arrow Freshman Academy and High school for over 7 years. Elsie also enjoys working with young women who are working out their next steps in life as well as working with families and marriages.
Elsie uses a wide range of modalities like: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused –Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths Based and uses what is appropriate for each client’s needs.
She met her husband of 28 years through church, and they have 2 beautiful children together. Elsie and her husband ministered at a church in Niles, Ohio for 8 years and another 4 years in the Syracuse, NY area. In her time away from work, Elsie loves spending time with her family and her puppies, watching the Green Bay Packers.

Blakelea Martin-Brown
Blakelea Martin – Brown, LPC – Blakelea was born and raised in northeastern Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 with a degree in sociology. Blakelea loves to travel and upon graduating from OU she lived and traveled abroad for 2 years then returned to Pawhuska, where she opened a coffee shop before pursuing her master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California. She and her family just recently moved to Broken Arrow where they enjoy outdoor activities and exploring their new community.
Upon completing her Master’s program in 2014, Blakelea served as the clinical director of a community mental health practice in Bartlesville before joining a group practice in 2017. She loves working with teens and adults and believes in taking a holistic approach to counseling, believing it’s important to treat the whole person and have both body and mind involved in treatment.
Blakelea is an ally for the LGBTQ+ community and supports equality for all people. She also enjoys working with individuals who are healing from religious trauma or are deconstructing their faith beliefs. She uses modalities including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), Somatic Movement and embodiment work, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
